ABOUT

PATRICK SCHNEIDER

Owner and lead photographer Patrick Schneider thrives in the gritty reality of industrial environments, spending long days immersed in manufacturing processes to capture authentic moments that global corporations use to showcase their operations' human element. His approach combines innovative lighting techniques and unique perspectives with a deep understanding of industrial processes, creating compelling visual narratives that resonate with audiences.
Patrick's specialty lies in documenting the full spectrum of manufacturing - from heavy industry to pristine clean rooms - while maintaining each facility's operational tempo and safety protocols. His willingness to get uncomfortably close to the action, often working in challenging conditions without breaks, results in distinctive images that help companies attract talent, engage stakeholders, and strengthen their visual brands.
Beyond technical expertise, Patrick invests time understanding each client's strategic objectives and brand identity. This insight shapes his creative approach, whether he's photographing corporate events, executive portraits, or employees in action. His versatility and commitment to capturing authentic moments have made him a trusted partner for companies seeking to differentiate themselves through powerful visual storytelling.
Before starting his commercial photography business in 2007, Patrick found his passion in editorial photography. He's worked as an on-staff photographer for The Charlotte Observer, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Detroit News and Indianapolis Star and has covered major news around the world, including the Olympic Games, Olympic trials, Super Bowl championships, NCAA playoffs, and emergency responder efforts during more than a dozen devastating hurricanes, including Katrina, Andrew, Floyd, and Hugo. Being a photojournalist taught Patrick to look for the unexpected, an ability that sets him apart from other corporate photographers today.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in photojournalism and visual communication from Ohio University.

He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, but travels everywhere to create human-focused images for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies around the globe.

Giving Back
Patrick Schneider lives his passion for people and photography outside of work. He gives back with both photography and hands-on support. His favorite volunteer relationships include Flashes of Hope, Civil Air Patrol, Southeastern Guide Dogs, and Boy Scouts of America.

Since 2009, he has been a volunteer photographer for Flashes of Hope, a nonprofit organization that changes the way children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses see themselves through the gift of photography.
Flashes of Hope also raises money for pediatric cancer research.

Flashes of Hope portraits help children feel better about their changing appearance by celebrating it. For families of terminally ill children, it's especially important for them to have a portrait that preserves the beauty, grace and dignity of their child.
